・The next rank assessment period will be based on the cumulative purchase amount from March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027.

*Shipping fees and handling charges are not included.

・Rank changes will take effect on March 1st.

*Please note that it may take some time for the changes to be reflected in the system.

・Please check your cumulative purchase amount and estimated rank for the next assessment period in your in-app purchase history or CARD section.

・If your web store membership information matches your app membership information, the cumulative purchase amount will include purchases from both the web store and physical stores during the period mentioned above.

Color/Size Exchange※WEBのみ

We will handle this in accordance with the "Returns and Exchanges" section of the Terms of Use stated on the WEB store.

*Please note that we will refuse exchanges if the item falls under the non-exchangeable items listed in the "Returns and Exchanges" section of the Terms of Use on the WEB store.

Point Coupon Redemption

You can exchange your points for coupons.
In My Page, you can exchange 100pt, 300pt, and 500pt for 5%, 10%, and 20% OFF coupons respectively.

If you are unable to click the "Exchange Coupon" button, you already have a point exchange coupon.

Please check/use your coupon from the coupon list page.

You will be able to exchange for a point exchange coupon again after use.

*When exchanging for a coupon, the system will process the coupon issuance, so it may take 1-2 minutes for the coupon to be issued (displayed). If you exchange repeatedly without waiting, your points may be deducted twice, but we cannot handle this individually, so please be aware.

Birthday Coupon※アプリのみ

On the 1st of your birthday month, we will distribute a coupon through the app that can be used at our web store and physical stores.

※It can be used once at either the web store or a physical store.

※Please note that the coupon is valid only within the current month.

※It cannot be used for online payments at physical stores.

※Please enter your birth date in the app under [Account Information] by the 1st of your birthday month. Please note that if your birth date is not entered, the coupon will not be distributed.

In-store stock check/hold※店舗のみ

<Stock Transfer>

If the desired store does not have the item in stock, but another store does, a transfer between stores is possible.

*Stock available for sale online is not eligible.

*Transfers are only available for confirmed orders. If an order is canceled, we may decline future transfer requests.

<Stock Reservation>

You can reserve an item for one week, instead of just for the same day.

*Reservations on the release date are not eligible.

*If the reservation period is exceeded, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
