Because the shared bag you receive can be folded and dropped into a mailbox for return, it is an environmentally friendly initiative that generates no packaging waste.
Furthermore, it can be opened without the use of scissors or a cutter, requires no subsequent disposal, and does not take up space.
The shared bag is cleaned, repaired, and used repeatedly over 50 times. Since both the inside and outside are cleaned and sanitized every time it is returned, you can use it with peace of mind.

Step 1
Select "Share Bag" in the "Packaging Method" section on the product page and place your order.
Step 2
Please scan the QR code on the share bag to register for a comvey membership.
Step 3
Please fold the share bag and return it to a nearby mailbox within one week.
Step 4
Once the return of the share bag has been confirmed, a coupon will be issued on your comvey My Page.

Q. Which items are eligible?
A. Items that allow for the selection of "comvey" on the product page are eligible.
Q. How much is the comvey share bag usage fee?
A. A fee of ¥250 is charged per order as a comvey share bag fee.
Q. Is there a limit on the number of items I can order?
A. If you use a comvey share bag, the number of items you can purchase in a single order depends on the thickness of the products.
*Up to 3 thin items or 2 thick items can be included; however, please note that this may not be available for certain purchased products. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Are there any services that are not eligible?
A. If you use the comvey share bag, you cannot use the "Gift Wrapping Service" or "e-GIFT".
Q. Please tell me about the comvey Share Bag benefit coupon.
A. Please check the following items:
・A ¥500 coupon will be issued for each order using a comvey share bag.
・The coupon will be issued once the return of the share bag has been confirmed.
・It can only be used at the SeaRoomlynn online store.
・It can be used only once.
・Multiple coupons cannot be used together.
・It cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
・There is no expiration date for use.
・To receive the coupon, you must register as a member specifically for comvey.
・The coupon will be issued on the dedicated comvey page and cannot be viewed on your SeaRoomlynn My Page.
Q. Share bag return deadline. Please let me know the procedure.
A. Please return the share bag to a nearby mailbox within one week of receiving your order.
Q. Returning or exchanging items delivered in a Share Bag
A. Please check the "Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges" section of our Terms of Service, and attach the return shipping label directly to the Share Bag when sending it back.
